This fish leapt out at me; it’s made with the foil from plastic milk carton tops which artist Kirsty Glasgow found littering her Wellington beach! The car is also decorated with other items found on her beach! Notice the front of the car has more seaweed and the back less real seaweed, but has more artificial rubbish.
